Flower Field, Forest & The Observatory

11.11.13

My next destination was the Observatory (Cheomseongdae). It was not far from the village and to get there, I walked through a flower field. I wished I had more time to visit the field in the morning, when the sun was not directly above my head.IMG_8313 IMG_8314 IMG_8315 IMG_8316 The forest was pretty with autumn color. Perfect place for a dose of romance in our lives. IMG_8319IMG_8317 IMG_8318The flower field was gorgeous. I had fun time playing there and again wishing for having more time to enjoy it.IMG_8321IMG_8322IMG_8323IMG_8324IMG_8326IMG_8327IMG_8328IMG_8329IMG_8330IMG_8331IMG_8332IMG_8333IMG_8334IMG_8335IMG_8336After taking my sweet time walking through the flower field, I finally arrived at the Observatory. It’s the oldest one built in Asia – according to the information board. I didn’t went inside it though. IMG_8337 IMG_8338 IMG_8339IMG_8340I bet the morning walk around this area would be great or later in the evening, when the sun was setting and the lights were on.

I should’ve spent more time in this enchanting city. Well….maybe next time…. ^_^
