Gyochon Traditional Village

From the renovated bridge, I continued my walk until I found this sign showing that the village was 0.2 KM away…..fiuhhh….. IMG_8291 IMG_8292

After crossing the wide bridge, I finally arrived at Gyochon Traditional Village.IMG_8293 IMG_8294 IMG_8295 IMG_8296 IMG_8297 IMG_8298 IMG_8299 There were these cute statues at the gate of the village.IMG_8300 IMG_8301 IMG_8302I thought it was a real village where people live their daily lives but it was more of a tourist attraction site. It was rather empty, not a lot of people coming there that day.20131111_125526The main attraction seemed to be this house, the house of Choi’s clan. I don’t know why they’re famous. Perhaps because they made a popular liquor. I found out this information from here: Gyeongju, a fascinating city of historical importance and cultural heritage.IMG_8303 IMG_8304 IMG_8305 IMG_8306 IMG_8307 IMG_8309IMG_8310IMG_8311IMG_8312
